Mentorship

What is the EP Mentorship Program?

The EP Mentorship Program aims to help student entrepreneurs connect to mentors and resources in order to catalyze the launch, development and success of their high-growth and high-impact start-ups. The EP Mentorship Program offers guidance to students at all phases of creation, even at the brainstorming level. Mentors will be matched to mentees based on factors such as industry, availability, and need. Feedback and interaction with mentors will help student teams develop their ideas, as well as prepare for business competitions such as the annual Brown EP Startup Competition.

Early Bird Applicants to this program can expect to be paired with their mentor by mid-November. We are still accepting applications for Partners interested in mentorship.

Phase 2: Feedback Exchange
Over the next few months, mentees must send status reports to mentors, keeping mentors updated about their progress.

Phase 3: Review and Critique of Program
At the conclusion of the mentorship process (or at the end of the year), both parties submit a final report to EP, evaluating the success of the program. The EP Leadership Board will evaluate the program and make changes accordingly.
